TCS was fortunate to have Drew Raison visit the school on behalf of the EMEAPP project – Electronic Music Education And Preservation Project. Drew brought in some fascinating vintage instruments to demonstrate the unique sounds that they make and also explain some of the history behind them. He also used a monitor screen to allow students to see the sound waves created by these instruments – a great tie-in to our acoustics unit that we did in class this year. Overall, it was a fun and very interesting experience for our students! Very special thanks to Mr. Coyle and Corley Raison for making this happen!
