On April 9, 2019, Mrs. Culler’s and Ms. Tilmon’s Life Science, Biology, and Environmental Science classes attended Longwood Gardens.  We observed plant and flower anatomy, different types of plants, like bryophytes, tracheophytes, angiosperms, and gymnosperms, and different kinds of plant habitats, such as meadow, forest, and desert.  Students also explored tree houses, looked for items on a scavenger hunt, and walked among many spring flowers popping with color, including daffodils, glory-of-the-snow, siberian squills, Tommasini’s crocus, and weeping higan cherry trees.  It was truly a beautiful day!
